Hero Martial Arts Schools offers various martial arts programs, including:
Mini Heroes (Ages 3-6): Classes focusing on respect, confidence, and foundational martial arts skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Junior Martial Arts (Ages 7-11): Programs teaching essential life skills, self-defence, and fitness to help children thrive both in and out of the dojo.
Family & Adult Martial Arts (Ages 7+): Classes offering a comprehensive way to improve physical health, learn self-defence, and connect with a welcoming community.
We also offer a two-week free training period and a free uniform for new members.
